Who We Are

Mr. Ashwin Makan, Founder, 9PILLARS,is an experienced and trusted professional with over 15 years of experience in the Real Estate Sector. A graduate from Hislop College in Nagpur he went on to pursue MBA in marketing and finance from Symbiosis, Pune. He works as a realtor specializing in both residential and commercial projects in partnership with reputed developers across various states in India.

He has been associated with reputed companies like Raheja developers, Piramal realty, Sunteck group, Godrej properties, Tata Realty, Millennium group, Lodha Group, Kukreja infra- structure, Ashish constructions, Devang developers and many other esteemed companies. A firm believer in transparency, honesty, integrity and hard work, he maintains pleasant and professional relationships with his clients, developers and his fellow realtors.

His Work ethics have credited him with multiple awards and commendations from the developers he has worked with. With incisive professionalism, he caters to all kinds of clients whether it is Independent Buyers, Investors, Companies, and Builders.
